COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Turck MK33-11Ex0-PLi/24VDC parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Warner-Bernstein products, including obsoleted and phased-out Viatran parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Westinghouse product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Warner-Bernstein such as the 6502901003 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 3515AMSHA manufactured by Viatran and we are pleased to be able to service most Viatran systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MTR10171 by Manufacturer Westinghouse as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Wiegand Brand HBT40 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Vishay such as ct06030021 equipment made by Vishay have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Vishay products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Vishay" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available DC2C5624C0S2 made by Watlow as well as the popular NI12UG18ADZ30X2B3331 original spares produced by Turck Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the Bi15UEM30AP6XH1141 by Turck and ct06030021 spares by Vishay are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original VBKB80X9CS12 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Turck. |
