COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Turck MK13-UNF-EX0/24VDC MK13UNFEX0/24VDC parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Weschler products, including obsoleted and phased-out Yamatake parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Universal product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Weschler such as the A12461 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the FE8BTA6VPL5 manufactured by Yamatake and we are pleased to be able to service most Yamatake systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature GM1DCR8 by Manufacturer Universal as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Vega Brand SWING61XXNBVXPZXSwing61 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Ufm such as WVM30GM8A1NL equipment made by Ufm have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ufm products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ufm" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available KEX0XDXXHVVN made by Vega as well as the popular NI30Q130ADZ30X2B1131 original spares produced by Turck Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 206549 by Videojet and WVM30GM8A1NL spares by Ufm are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 9672502T Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Wintriss. |
