COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Turck FTCI34D15A4PLIUP8XH1141 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Vynckier products, including obsoleted and phased-out Visolux parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Westinghouse product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Vynckier such as the VJ606HWPL1 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 29RL5LL manufactured by Visolux and we are pleased to be able to service most Visolux systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 1281C57G04R by Manufacturer Westinghouse as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Viatran Brand 3475BCG in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Warner-Bernstein such as 6554686001 equipment made by Warner-Bernstein have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Warner-Bernstein products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Warner-Bernstein" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available PS61XXBAEHKMXX made by Vega as well as the popular RU30M18AP8XH1141 original spares produced by Turck Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the YM22PCTS777P24 by Wenglor and 6554686001 spares by Warner-Bernstein are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original C020122000PSI Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Wika. |
