COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Turck FCS-K20-AP8X parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Warrick products, including obsoleted and phased-out Turck parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Veris product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Warrick such as the 3G3A1 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the NI8GT18 manufactured by Turck and we are pleased to be able to service most Turck systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature H803624004 by Manufacturer Veris as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Warrick Brand TYPE3E2B in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Victaulic such as V100761SE3 equipment made by Victaulic have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Victaulic products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Victaulic" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available S3U580 made by Wema-Usa as well as the popular 3HAB8101104A original spares produced by Abb Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 40013 by Rosemount and V100761SE3 spares by Victaulic are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 16MC1A00303 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Warrick. |
