COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Turck FCI-TCD04A4P-LIX-H1141 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Turck products, including obsoleted and phased-out Turck parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Wattstopper product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Turck such as the B12CRS524ADZ30X2B3131S34 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the CSAMCKAM161410 manufactured by Turck and we are pleased to be able to service most Turck systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature NWTL1111P by Manufacturer Wattstopper as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Turck Brand Bi8M18AP6XH1141 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Vibra-Metrics such as 5102 equipment made by Vibra-Metrics have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Vibra-Metrics products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Vibra-Metrics" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available SPTTM13A48 made by Turck as well as the popular TURCKMS4142EX0R115VAC original spares produced by Turck Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the NI20CP40VP4X2H1141 by Turck and 5102 spares by Vibra-Metrics are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original NI2Q65ADZ32016FSB54X4S304 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Turck. |
