COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Turck Bi5-m18-y1X-H1141 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Veris products, including obsoleted and phased-out Veeder-Root parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Weldotron product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Veris such as the H803503002 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 1098880002 manufactured by Veeder-Root and we are pleased to be able to service most Veeder-Root systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 8233 by Manufacturer Weldotron as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Turck Brand RSSDRSSD441020M in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Wilcoxon-Research such as 786A equipment made by Wilcoxon-Research have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Wilcoxon-Research products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Wilcoxon-Research" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available BNS519B03D084611 made by Balluff as well as the popular U094362 original spares produced by Turck Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the HPAT11L05 by Yamatake and 786A spares by Wilcoxon-Research are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SC400CU1EAPMQ Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Yaskawa. |
