COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Turck Bi2-PRS260-AP6X-B1140/S34 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Veris products, including obsoleted and phased-out Uson parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Varian product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Veris such as the HXDRH2MA spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 454 manufactured by Uson and we are pleased to be able to service most Uson systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature L97373162P by Manufacturer Varian as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Turck Brand PS003R503LI2UPN8XH1141 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Veeder-Root such as 1098880001 equipment made by Veeder-Root have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Veeder-Root products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Veeder-Root" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available PC002Gi14A1M2APN8XH1141 made by Turck as well as the popular NI2K090095011BDS2AP6X3H1141 original spares produced by Turck Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 3475AC2AAA20 by Viatran and 1098880001 spares by Veeder-Root are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original YP05MGVL80 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Wenglor. |
