COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Turck Bi2-CRS317-AP4X2-H1141/S34 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Turck products, including obsoleted and phased-out Viscom parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Viscom product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Turck such as the RPC4910265EX spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 300080045 manufactured by Viscom and we are pleased to be able to service most Viscom systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 300080092 by Manufacturer Viscom as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Turck Brand BI3UM12AN6X in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Unimeasure such as PA30 equipment made by Unimeasure have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Unimeasure products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Unimeasure" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available ODX402P0007 made by Wenglor as well as the popular MRRC3G original spares produced by Wattstopper Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the Bi2CRS317AP4X2H1141S34 by Turck and PA30 spares by Unimeasure are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original E122M9BB Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer United-Electric. |
