COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Turck Bi2-CRS317-AP4X2-H1141/S34 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Weldotron products, including obsoleted and phased-out Watlow parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Warrick product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Weldotron such as the 2309461 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PN80DJBGB024D manufactured by Watlow and we are pleased to be able to service most Watlow systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 3F3C by Manufacturer Warrick as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Valenite Brand 715M308B01 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by United-Electric such as E122M9BB equipment made by United-Electric have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire United-Electric products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "United-Electric" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 5705BMSNG made by Viatran as well as the popular SN61XXAGHKMXX original spares produced by Vega Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the DC2C5624C0S2 by Watlow and E122M9BB spares by United-Electric are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original YM22PBV2 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Wenglor. |
