COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Turck BIM-IKM-AP6X2-H1141/S34 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Turck products, including obsoleted and phased-out Watlow parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Turck product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Turck such as the RU100CP40AP6X2 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the ACUCU0A480UJ000 manufactured by Watlow and we are pleased to be able to service most Watlow systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature APLT0600 by Manufacturer Turck as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Vega Brand EL21XNBSVTXXKDX in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Weidmuller such as G4080001 equipment made by Weidmuller have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Weidmuller products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Weidmuller" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available RU30M18AP8XH1141 made by Turck as well as the popular 360113 original spares produced by Wagner Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PT50PG430003LI3C0244D811 by Turck and G4080001 spares by Weidmuller are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 3475AC2AAA20 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Viatran. |
