COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Turck BIM-IKE-AP6X-H1141 W/KLI-3 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Vega products, including obsoleted and phased-out Vision-Components parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Turck product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Vega such as the FX61XXCGB1HKMAX spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the VC4465E manufactured by Vision-Components and we are pleased to be able to service most Vision-Components systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature Bi08G05AN6XV1331 by Manufacturer Turck as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Turck Brand NI20US30AP6XH1141 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Vaisala such as HMP35C equipment made by Vaisala have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Vaisala products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Vaisala" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available bi08h04ap6x made by Turck as well as the popular 2184BA2T80B0 original spares produced by Viatran Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PTB202A by Vaisala and HMP35C spares by Vaisala are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original H802601002 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Veris. |
