COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Turck BI 8-M18-AN6X-H1141 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Vaisala products, including obsoleted and phased-out Valenite parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Watlow product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Vaisala such as the HMW60Y spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the A6ZH05922915 manufactured by Valenite and we are pleased to be able to service most Valenite systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature L6EX16A by Manufacturer Watlow as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Turck Brand NI8GT18ADZ30X2B1331S34 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Turck such as NI12UG18ADZ30X2B3331 equipment made by Turck have been added to our featured items. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available TURCKRKFK501MWLN made by Turck as well as the popular NC50CP80FZ3X2 original spares produced by Turck Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the E36WH118 by Ue and NI12UG18ADZ30X2B3331 spares by Turck are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
