COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Turck BI5U-EM18-AP6X-H1141 1635340 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Vernier products, including obsoleted and phased-out Warrick parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Turck product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Vernier such as the SFSDIN spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the DC2B10 manufactured by Warrick and we are pleased to be able to service most Warrick systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature bi5w30dap6xh1141f2 by Manufacturer Turck as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has W.h.-Cooke Brand V2001ST in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Turck such as RU100Q30LUXH1141 equipment made by Turck have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Turck products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Turck" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 1098880001 made by Veeder-Root as well as the popular VRX original spares produced by Us-Draft-Co Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 2312383 by Weldotron and RU100Q30LUXH1141 spares by Turck are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
