COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Turck BI50U-Q80-VP4X2-B1141 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Universal products, including obsoleted and phased-out Warner-Electric parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Westinghouse product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Universal such as the 91290007 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MCS142 manufactured by Warner-Electric and we are pleased to be able to service most Warner-Electric systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 151D995G16 by Manufacturer Westinghouse as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Valenite Brand M922899A42603 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Wenglor such as YH08PCT8 equipment made by Wenglor have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Wenglor products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Wenglor" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available NI75UQ80VP4X2H1141 made by Turck as well as the popular NI2Q65ADZ32016FSB54X4S304 original spares produced by Turck Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the GM1DCR12 by Universal and YH08PCT8 spares by Wenglor are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original LW18 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Turck. |
