COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Turck BI40-CP80-VP4X2 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Visolux products, including obsoleted and phased-out Watt-Stopper parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Turck product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Visolux such as the MLV408H653233 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the W2000A manufactured by Watt-Stopper and we are pleased to be able to service most Watt-Stopper systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature Ni35CP40FZ3X2S97 by Manufacturer Turck as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Turck Brand NI20Q50ADZ30X2B3131S34 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Vega such as 21RE30R equipment made by Vega have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Vega products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Vega" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 41143001 made by Universal as well as the popular A2AP8XH1141 original spares produced by Turck Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the BT621SSPRB10A by Wedgewood and 21RE30R spares by Vega are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original PC002Gi14A1M2APN8XH1141 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Turck. |
