COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Turck BI-3U-M12 AN6X parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Weston products, including obsoleted and phased-out Watlow parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Zebra product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Weston such as the M2431 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 71XJSGA120A manufactured by Watlow and we are pleased to be able to service most Watlow systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature DS6707SR20007ZZR by Manufacturer Zebra as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Turck Brand VB40CS12 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Visolux such as 9136100 equipment made by Visolux have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Visolux products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Visolux" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 98431111 made by Vibra-Rod as well as the popular 4331400 original spares produced by Turck Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 65UX by Vega and 9136100 spares by Visolux are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original RH28400AFKVCD Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Twk-elektronik. |
