COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Turck BI 2-CRS343-AP4X2-H1141/S34 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Visolux products, including obsoleted and phased-out Vishay parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Ue product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Visolux such as the RLK20LLIR spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the BLHEBP1 manufactured by Vishay and we are pleased to be able to service most Vishay systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature E36WH118 by Manufacturer Ue as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Vm Brand VM202A in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Unipower such as PWM325 equipment made by Unipower have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Unipower products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Unipower" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 22679000 made by Uic-Universal as well as the popular 1098880002 original spares produced by Veeder-Root Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SNNIT6GM61C9A1NRTG by Universal and PWM325 spares by Unipower are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original N130Q130ADZ30X2 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Turck. |
