COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Turck BI2-CRS343-ADZ30X2-B3131/S34 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Viatran products, including obsoleted and phased-out Wenglor parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Turck product line-up. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the FIS00030105 manufactured by Wenglor and we are pleased to be able to service most Wenglor systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature NI20UMT30HAP6X2H1141S1589 by Manufacturer Turck as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Turck Brand NI50CO80FDZ30X2 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Wenglor such as YP11MGVLS660 equipment made by Wenglor have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Wenglor products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Wenglor" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available CDNIOM880036CDNIOM880036F00130 made by Turck as well as the popular Bi40CP80FD230X2 original spares produced by Turck Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the JBBS57SM01 by Turck and YP11MGVLS660 spares by Wenglor are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
