COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Turck BI15R-W30-DAP6X-H1141 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Verithread products, including obsoleted and phased-out Vogel parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Unicome product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Verithread such as the N8000 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the WS35S10C81230 manufactured by Vogel and we are pleased to be able to service most Vogel systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature FEP31024T1 by Manufacturer Unicome as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Turck Brand BI10UM30AP6XH1141 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Weldotron such as 2312383 equipment made by Weldotron have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Weldotron products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Weldotron" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available BI2CRS730AP4X2H1141S34 made by Turck as well as the popular BI20UCA40ADZ30X2B1131S1590WBS21 original spares produced by Turck Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the TNM18H1147 by Turck and 2312383 spares by Weldotron are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
