COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Turck BI15-EM30H-AP6X-H1141 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Universal products, including obsoleted and phased-out Victaulic parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Watlow product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Universal such as the 41143001 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the P000002P11 manufactured by Victaulic and we are pleased to be able to service most Victaulic systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature DC2C5624C0S2 by Manufacturer Watlow as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Warner-Electric Brand 7115448006 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Viatran such as 349BMS807 equipment made by Viatran have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Viatran products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Viatran" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available Bi10UG30ADZ30X2B3131 made by Turck as well as the popular ODX402P0007 original spares produced by Wenglor Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the NI2K090095011BDS2AP6X3H1141 by Turck and 349BMS807 spares by Viatran are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original EL21E32 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Vega. |
