COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Turck BI10-S3C-AZ3X parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Visolux products, including obsoleted and phased-out Westinghouse parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Twk-elektronik product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Visolux such as the ML48HRT spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 8187A57H01 manufactured by Westinghouse and we are pleased to be able to service most Westinghouse systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature RH28100AGKVKHRK1 by Manufacturer Twk-elektronik as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Westinghouse Brand 3512C13H01 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Warrick such as 16MC1A00303 equipment made by Warrick have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Warrick products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Warrick" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 300080045 made by Viscom as well as the popular 12SHSN9C original spares produced by United-Electric Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 454 by Uson and 16MC1A00303 spares by Warrick are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original NI20CP40VP4X2H1141 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Turck. |
