COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Turck BC20-K40SR-UZ3X parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Victaulic products, including obsoleted and phased-out Turck parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Ufm product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Victaulic such as the 23207 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the RSM6695MS802 manufactured by Turck and we are pleased to be able to service most Turck systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature WVS4GM4A1NR by Manufacturer Ufm as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Turck Brand PC010GI14A1MLUAPN8XH1141 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Watlow such as DC2C4024C0S0 equipment made by Watlow have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Watlow products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Watlow" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available M922899A42603 made by Valenite as well as the popular 3F3C original spares produced by Warrick Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 651220035 by Veeder-Root and DC2C4024C0S0 spares by Watlow are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
