COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Turck BC20-K40SR-UP6X parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Wattstopper products, including obsoleted and phased-out Turck parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Turck product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Wattstopper such as the LMDX100 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PRSVRKV632333M manufactured by Turck and we are pleased to be able to service most Turck systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature BI40R32SRUP6X by Manufacturer Turck as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Turck Brand BI5UMT18HAP6X2H1141S395 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Von-Duprin such as 99EOUS283 equipment made by Von-Duprin have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Von-Duprin products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Von-Duprin" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available RL32544773C made by Visolux as well as the popular WVS4GM4A1NR original spares produced by Ufm Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the BI2Q55027BS2AP6X3H1141S34 by Turck and 99EOUS283 spares by Von-Duprin are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 21828W15 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Viatran. |
