COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Turck BC20K40SRFDZ3X parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Universal products, including obsoleted and phased-out Turck parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Viatran product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Universal such as the GM1DCR9 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MK43111R24VDC manufactured by Turck and we are pleased to be able to service most Turck systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 25CT2BAB5705AUSYK by Manufacturer Viatran as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Watlow Brand PN80DJBGB024D in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Viega such as 17017 equipment made by Viega have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Viega products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Viega" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available PS250R5032UPN8XH1141 made by Turck as well as the popular 9136100 original spares produced by Visolux Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the BI2G12RZ33XB3131 by Turck and 17017 spares by Viega are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original BI2CRS260ADZ30X3B1131S34 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Turck. |
