COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Turck BC20-CP40-FZ3X2 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Universal products, including obsoleted and phased-out Vega parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Turck product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Universal such as the GM1DCR8 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the CP63UXENCRKNX manufactured by Vega and we are pleased to be able to service most Vega systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature BC20K40SRFZ3X2B1131 by Manufacturer Turck as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Viatran Brand 2186AR2DHA20 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Turck such as FCIN14D10HC22PAP8XH1141 equipment made by Turck have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Turck products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Turck" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available M41MV4140B95110 made by Visolux as well as the popular CL62XXANDHKNAX original spares produced by Vega Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 99EOUS283 by Von-Duprin and FCIN14D10HC22PAP8XH1141 spares by Turck are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original VBKBM80CS10348 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Turck. |
