COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Turck BC10-M30-AP4X-H1141 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Banner products, including obsoleted and phased-out Viatran parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Wika product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Banner such as the K50RPLPGYCQPMA spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 1182AY2JK20 manufactured by Viatran and we are pleased to be able to service most Viatran systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature C02012300PSI by Manufacturer Wika as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Weschler Brand WTD020J in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Wenglor such as ZK100VD8 equipment made by Wenglor have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Wenglor products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Wenglor" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available LMRC213 made by Watt-Stopper as well as the popular 316 original spares produced by Westlock-Controls-Corp. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 63AAEF1800A079 by Videojet and ZK100VD8 spares by Wenglor are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original DM4051 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Wilkerson. |
