COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Turck 6 RKF 30-CS12 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Turck products, including obsoleted and phased-out Walchem parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Vega product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Turck such as the WIM40Q20L60LIU5H1141 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 1926065070323 manufactured by Walchem and we are pleased to be able to service most Walchem systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature CL63XXFGAHKMXX by Manufacturer Vega as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has W.h.-Cooke Brand V2001ST in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Unimeasure such as LXPA50 equipment made by Unimeasure have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Unimeasure products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Unimeasure" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available RSSDRSSD441020M made by Turck as well as the popular 806A original spares produced by Vacuum-General Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 319663 by Unico and LXPA50 spares by Unimeasure are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original F3DG4S2012A125DC50 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Vickers. |
