COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Turn-Act products, including obsoleted and phased-out Turck parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Turck product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Turn-Act such as the 122B353A spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the TD53051A1110000 manufactured by Turck and we are pleased to be able to service most Turck systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature LT16EQ21LU0X3H1141 by Manufacturer Turck as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has U.s.-Motors Brand EZ50S1HZ in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Turck such as IM2114ExCDTRi equipment made by Turck have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Turck products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Turck" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available FM200BAXY made by Tyco-Electronics as well as the popular H100T2B original spares produced by U.s.-Motors

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the FF100E1XV by U.s.-Motors and IM2114ExCDTRi spares by Turck are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original FF30E2XS Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer U.s.-Motors.
