COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Tsubaki GMTA02018U5V4H parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Moog products, including obsoleted and phased-out Teco parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Drehstrom-Asynchron-Motor product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Moog such as the FAST1V60301706H1 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the EP0752 manufactured by Teco and we are pleased to be able to service most Teco systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature FC7149838980FKS100254080 by Manufacturer Drehstrom-Asynchron-Motor as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Mitsubishi Brand FRE54037KNA in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Tsubaki such as GMT020L10 equipment made by Tsubaki have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Tsubaki products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Tsubaki" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available DXE430B made by Emerson as well as the popular F2S15N015BMRG3A original spares produced by Brother Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the EZSM3D030A by Ez-Limo and GMT020L10 spares by Tsubaki are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original FAF57DT80N4KS Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Sew. |
