COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Tsubaki GMT 020L10 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Leeson products, including obsoleted and phased-out Baldor parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Baldor product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Leeson such as the G158382or82508500 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the EM3546T manufactured by Baldor and we are pleased to be able to service most Baldor systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature EM2555TS12 by Manufacturer Baldor as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Ecp3587t-5-Baldor Brand ECP3587T5 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Lenze such as GKR042MHBR08014 equipment made by Lenze have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Lenze products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Lenze" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available E33HRHSLNSNS02 made by Pacific-Scientific as well as the popular G07210DPK884200W original spares produced by Eberhard-Bauer Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the F0301060065 by Baldor and GKR042MHBR08014 spares by Lenze are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original GBK300ETCF1 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Electra. |
