COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Tsubaki CSMA040-220L60TB parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Winsmith products, including obsoleted and phased-out Von-Ruden parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Winsmith product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Winsmith such as the E20MDNS31000DN spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 10966 manufactured by Von-Ruden and we are pleased to be able to service most Von-Ruden systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 943DTD by Manufacturer Winsmith as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Whitney Brand C2080 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Von-Ruden such as 25701EG21ST equipment made by Von-Ruden have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Von-Ruden products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Von-Ruden" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 00950415112107396PK60FB made by Warner as well as the popular 25701 original spares produced by Von-Ruden Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 031614G6A8688 by Watlow and 25701EG21ST spares by Von-Ruden are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original E13MWNS30156C Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Winsmith. |
