COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Tsubaki CSM370A30HLAB-40 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Sew-eurodrive products, including obsoleted and phased-out Nord parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Sew product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Sew-eurodrive such as the FA70D112M82BMHR spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the EL09SK90SH4 manufactured by Nord and we are pleased to be able to service most Nord systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature FA87DT1341 by Manufacturer Sew as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Boston Brand F7105B4J in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Shimpo-nidec such as ERKX17M400OR2K equipment made by Shimpo-nidec have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Shimpo-nidec products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Shimpo-nidec" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available D125523B made by Grove as well as the popular DSS5207 original spares produced by Falk Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the DV100L4BMG by Sew-eurodrive and ERKX17M400OR2K spares by Shimpo-nidec are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original F72160B56 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Boston. |
