COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Tsubaki 120SS parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Falk products, including obsoleted and phased-out Electra-gear parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Textron product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Falk such as the 120Y2 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 21RHGC510CQ manufactured by Electra-gear and we are pleased to be able to service most Electra-gear systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 13MD509287 by Manufacturer Textron as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Foote Brand 1301HLE in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Dodge such as 184TM6A equipment made by Dodge have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Dodge products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Dodge" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 1325WBQM made by Falk as well as the popular 140M220E original spares produced by Alpha

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 2050FC2 by Falk and 184TM6A spares by Dodge are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 224BRO20002 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Sterling.
