COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Tritronics SAF1 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Valenite products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ufm parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Vega product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Valenite such as the A6ZH05922915 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the LNFSF200GPM24FROWDZ20 manufactured by Ufm and we are pleased to be able to service most Ufm systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature CP63UXENCRKNX by Manufacturer Vega as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Unimeasure Brand EP50004S2 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Uponor such as A3040090A3040091 equipment made by Uponor have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Uponor products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Uponor" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available BI2Q55027BS2AP6X3H1141S34 made by Turck as well as the popular PC010Gi14A1M2APN8XH1141 original spares produced by Turck Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the EL21XNBSVTXXKDX by Vega and A3040090A3040091 spares by Uponor are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original NI20US30AP6XH1141 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Turck. |
