COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Triconex PU-016U parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Tsubaki products, including obsoleted and phased-out Twk parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Tyco-Scott-Safety product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Tsubaki such as the LPES300FT1IBTK spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the CK10675 manufactured by Twk and we are pleased to be able to service most Twk systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 96348001 by Manufacturer Tyco-Scott-Safety as well.

Spare units by U.s.-Motors such as 8P10P1G equipment made by U.s.-Motors have been added to our featured items. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available C50P3G made by U.s.-Motors as well as the popular 8P125P1GS original spares produced by U.s.-Motors

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the D30P1DSC by U.s.-Motors and 8P10P1G spares by U.s.-Motors are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 8P30P1GS Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer U.s.-Motors.
