COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Tri-glover C218MDG14T-S parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Fanuc products, including obsoleted and phased-out Lafert parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Dunkermotoren product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Fanuc such as the AlphaCModelaC62000 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the AF100LS4 manufactured by Lafert and we are pleased to be able to service most Lafert systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature BG83S by Manufacturer Dunkermotoren as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Kollmorgen Brand AKM41SANS2202 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Westinghouse such as ASHHUW001 equipment made by Westinghouse have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Westinghouse products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Westinghouse" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available B18H1080P0X made by Reliance as well as the popular B5S100L1652642 original spares produced by F.gehrig--Co Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the BMH0952N1BF1C3V by Num and ASHHUW001 spares by Westinghouse are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original B200D Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Flowserve. |
