COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Turck products, including obsoleted and phased-out U.s.-Motors parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 U.s.-Motors product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Turck such as the RU70M18KSAP8XH1141 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 8P30P2C manufactured by U.s.-Motors and we are pleased to be able to service most U.s.-Motors systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 8P30P1GS by Manufacturer U.s.-Motors as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Tucker Brand B27E10097 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Tsugami such as MA310P equipment made by Tsugami have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Tsugami products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Tsugami" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available BI50RQ80AP6X2H1141 made by Turck as well as the popular FGB original spares produced by Trutzschler

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the IM2114ExCDTRi by Turck and MA310P spares by Tsugami are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 0517340001 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Trumpf.
