COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Toyo FE-60-R / TYE-P-12A parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Turck products, including obsoleted and phased-out Turck parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Twk-elektronik product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Turck such as the Bi08G05AN6XV1331 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the Ni40CP80FZ3X2S10 manufactured by Turck and we are pleased to be able to service most Turck systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature RH28100AGKVKHRK1 by Manufacturer Twk-elektronik as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Turck Brand BI10UMT30HAP6X2H1141S1589 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Transducer-Techniques such as SWP5K4 equipment made by Transducer-Techniques have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Transducer-Techniques products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Transducer-Techniques" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available FCID08A4PARXH1140D038 made by Turck as well as the popular GDN110GNPL568320L original spares produced by Universal Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the BI20CK4080VP4X2H1141 by Turck and SWP5K4 spares by Transducer-Techniques are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
