COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Toyo ETH14-L10-550- parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued U.s.-Motors products, including obsoleted and phased-out Trio-Motion-Technology parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Toyoda product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader U.s.-Motors such as the 8P60P1CS spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 16IO manufactured by Trio-Motion-Technology and we are pleased to be able to service most Trio-Motion-Technology systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature TFC by Manufacturer Toyoda as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Toyoda Brand PUP100B1 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Tsubaki such as ESH75S2275 equipment made by Tsubaki have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Tsubaki products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Tsubaki" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available PU030U made by Triconex as well as the popular ASMC original spares produced by Trumpf

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the U100 by Toyoda and ESH75S2275 spares by Tsubaki are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 8P125P2CS Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer U.s.-Motors.
