COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Towa P-CON2 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Triconex products, including obsoleted and phased-out U.s.-Motors parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Turck product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Triconex such as the 3601TN spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 8P40P1GS manufactured by U.s.-Motors and we are pleased to be able to service most U.s.-Motors systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature RU40U by Manufacturer Turck as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Triconex Brand TCM4351 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Triconex such as PU018U equipment made by Triconex have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Triconex products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Triconex" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 8P20P1G made by U.s.-Motors as well as the popular 8P40P3C original spares produced by U.s.-Motors

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the HE100S by Tr-Electronic and PU018U spares by Triconex are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 11000884 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Tr-Electronic.
