COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Touch Controls Inc. 90171-000 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Turck products, including obsoleted and phased-out Turck parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Triangle product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Turck such as the FCSN1 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the BI5P18Y0X manufactured by Turck and we are pleased to be able to service most Turck systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 90WB8005AG by Manufacturer Triangle as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Triac Brand 7C12002R4SXX in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Trumpf such as TASC300350 equipment made by Trumpf have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Trumpf products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Trumpf" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 10000090 made by Tr-Electronic as well as the popular BL7GWEN4F original spares produced by Turck Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 8P20P2C by U.s.-Motors and TASC300350 spares by Trumpf are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 7400063100 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Triconex. |
