COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Totalcomp TPMK4D parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Toyo products, including obsoleted and phased-out Tsubaki parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Turck product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Toyo such as the ETH5ML10300BC42ME5 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 5K028 manufactured by Tsubaki and we are pleased to be able to service most Tsubaki systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature RUC30 by Manufacturer Turck as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has U.s.-Motors Brand 8P125P2CB in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Tr-Electronic such as 11002569 equipment made by Tr-Electronic have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Tr-Electronic products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Tr-Electronic" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available PU024U made by Triconex as well as the popular 8P40P3C original spares produced by U.s.-Motors Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 118910 by Trumpf and 11002569 spares by Tr-Electronic are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MS2211RI Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Turck. |
