COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Total Control QPH2D100S2P/B parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Omron products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ite parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Motorola product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Omron such as the SGDH08AESOY spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SHJD69300NGT manufactured by Ite and we are pleased to be able to service most Ite systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature VRC6940 by Manufacturer Motorola as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Omron Brand R88DUP04LA in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Honeywell such as TVMIBO80000E00F100U000S00 equipment made by Honeywell have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Honeywell products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Honeywell" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available R978715943 made by Rexroth as well as the popular V512A original spares produced by Siemens Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the TM6NCECND150BA by Mag and TVMIBO80000E00F100U000S00 spares by Honeywell are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
