COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Total Control MMS22451CIA parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Turn-Act products, including obsoleted and phased-out Turck parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Trumpf product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Turn-Act such as the 1121S1101400900 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the Li300P0Q25LM0ESG25X3H1181 manufactured by Turck and we are pleased to be able to service most Turck systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 1314240 by Manufacturer Trumpf as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Turck Brand Bi60R32SRUP6X in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Tr-Elecronics such as CEV65M00298 equipment made by Tr-Elecronics have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Tr-Elecronics products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Tr-Elecronics" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available PSZ245 made by Trinity-Industrial-Corporation as well as the popular PU040U original spares produced by Triconex Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MDT962B2A by Totoku and CEV65M00298 spares by Tr-Elecronics are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original TRS Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Trs-0050. |
