COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Total Control MMS22361C1A parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Asea products, including obsoleted and phased-out Intelligent-Instrumentation parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Pilz product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Asea such as the PHCBR30000000 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PIDigitalIO manufactured by Intelligent-Instrumentation and we are pleased to be able to service most Intelligent-Instrumentation systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PSSSBDI16 by Manufacturer Pilz as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Modicon Brand PCE984258 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Metasys such as MSNIE55102 equipment made by Metasys have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Metasys products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Metasys" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available N0301AN made by Foxboro as well as the popular N0343FEKMSN original spares produced by Parker Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the NCGCM by Rauland-Borg and MSNIE55102 spares by Metasys are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original OCXETF13DST2A1SMEXT Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Phoenix-Digital. |
