COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Total Control FCM-1D101-S2P parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Maple-Systems products, including obsoleted and phased-out Patlite parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Christensen product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Maple-Systems such as the HMI5056N spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the GSL615HK10 manufactured by Patlite and we are pleased to be able to service most Patlite systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature LS12TSSA by Manufacturer Christensen as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Ge Brand IC752CCS009B in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Mitsubishi such as FRA74075KCHT equipment made by Mitsubishi have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Mitsubishi products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Mitsubishi" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available HMI520T007E made by Maple-Systems as well as the popular HG2GSS22TFB original spares produced by Idec Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the GP477REG4124VPM by Proface and FRA74075KCHT spares by Mitsubishi are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original IWG4020Z01613501 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Auma. |
