COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Total Control CD370V-1212 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Proface products, including obsoleted and phased-out Nematron parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Marathon product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Proface such as the GP430XY11ENG spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the GL5PV8PC2 manufactured by Nematron and we are pleased to be able to service most Nematron systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature FDM12140 by Manufacturer Marathon as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Automation-Direct Brand EA7T10C08902B064 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Direct-Logic such as D204BDL250CPUD216ND32D208TR equipment made by Direct-Logic have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Direct-Logic products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Direct-Logic" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available FCM1D101S2P made by Total-Control as well as the popular DCN93825 original spares produced by Emerson Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the GPH70LG1124V by Proface and D204BDL250CPUD216ND32D208TR spares by Direct-Logic are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original DV15R15 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Shark-data-View. |
