COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Toshiba VT130H7U4600 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Unico products, including obsoleted and phased-out Videojet parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Yaskawa product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Unico such as the 2400 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 353959 manufactured by Videojet and we are pleased to be able to service most Videojet systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature ETC622015S5020 by Manufacturer Yaskawa as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Ultracon-Ii Brand D4A0020 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Worldwide such as WWEVFD620460 equipment made by Worldwide have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Worldwide products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Worldwide" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available CACRSR06TZ0SM made by Yaskawa as well as the popular X4C20075C original spares produced by Vacon Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CIMRF7A47P5 by Yaskawa and WWEVFD620460 spares by Worldwide are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 9450SAC9450SAC Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Total-Control. |
