COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Toshiba VT130H7U4330B parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Yaskawa products, including obsoleted and phased-out Toshiba parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Toshiba product line-up. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the VT130H9U4270 manufactured by Toshiba and we are pleased to be able to service most Toshiba systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature VT130G7U6220VT130G7U6220Z2 by Manufacturer Toshiba as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Yaskawa Brand CIMRH5D23P7 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Woods such as ModelWFC40250C equipment made by Woods have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Woods products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Woods" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available CACRHR30UBY9 made by Yaskawa as well as the popular CACRHR10UBY9 original spares produced by Yaskawa Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CDMRMR11K by Yaskawa and ModelWFC40250C spares by Woods are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original R3G280AH3331 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Vacon. |
