COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Toshiba VT130G7U6220/VT130G7U6220Z2 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued West products, including obsoleted and phased-out Yamaha parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Toyoda product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader West such as the WestCS63301 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the YP330A manufactured by Yamaha and we are pleased to be able to service most Yamaha systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 7B010960 by Manufacturer Toyoda as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Toshiba Brand VT130H3U2220 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Weg such as CFW700B24P0T4DBN1 equipment made by Weg have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Weg products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Weg" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available CIMRP7U4015 made by Yaskawa as well as the popular LPK090M0325111 original spares produced by Wittenstein Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CFW700700C38POT4 by Weg and CFW700B24P0T4DBN1 spares by Weg are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
